DD Freedish 26th e-Aunction announced for Regional and General DTH Slots
This is good news that now DD Free dish going to be increase regional language TV channels so in next 26th eauction, DDFD DTH invites applications from regional and general TV channels. DD Freedish recently migrated to new satellite GSAT15, so now DD Freedish more space for vacant slots. In near future Prasar Bharati focuses to add regional TV channels on DD Free dish.
E-AUCTION FOR REGIONAL DTH SLOT :
The Reserve Price per Regional DTH Slot is Rs.2.00 Crore. Regional DTH Slot includes only non-Hindi Channels (News or Non-News). Bhojpuri channels and Hindi Regional Channels will not be part of it. So it is best chance for non-Hindi language TV channels to add on DD Free Dish platform.
E-AUCTION FOR GENERAL DTH SLOT :
The Reserve Price per General DTH Slot is Rs.4.30 Crores. Included Hindi and Bhojpuri language (News / Non-News) TV channels.
How to take part:
M/s. C1 India Pvt. Limited, Gurgaon will conduct the 26th online e-Auction on behalf of Prasar Bharati. All the interested channels should submit Uplinking and Downlinking permission from the Ministry of I&B along with the Application.
The Last Date for submission of completed Application for 26th online e- Auction is (Monday) dated 15th February, 2016 latest by 12:00 P.M. The application can be submitted in Person or by Registered Post latest by 12:00 P.M. on or before15-02- 2016 (Monday) in
