Recently Prasar Bharati announce a tender notification for Manage EPGs for all DD Channels and this EPG deliver to all MSOs / DTH Operators and also same EPGs deliver to all DD Direct Plus DTH channels.
From Last 2-3 Month Prasar Bharati continuesoly working on DD Direct Plus DTH for upgrade system.

At this time DD Direct Plus dth providing 59 TV Channels without EPG, by EPG ( Electronic Program Guide) subscribers can have all details about channels program. At this time all DTH providers giving Free EPG service to thier subscriber including Doordarshan channels, only DD Direct Plus and Dish TV is not providing EPG for Doordarshan channels.
Because Dish TV using same transponders of Insat 4B satellite which is of DD Direct Plus
